Welcome to this cozy, comfortable 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse nestled on one of Sedona`s best golf courses! Enjoy morning coffee from one of the two decks overlooking the course. You`ll love the fantastic amenities including a community pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and pickleball courts.

You can easily walk to Bell Rock and explore nearby hiking and biking trails. You`re just minutes away from vortex sites, restaurants, shops, and galleries. It`s the perfect getaway spot!

Guest have access to the property at 4 pm on the date of their check in.

Your Co-Host is available for you anytime via phone or email. She, however, will respect your privacy and only reach out when asked.

Private and gorgeous Village of Oak Creek neighborhood off the beaten path yet still near hiking and biking trails, vortex sites, shops, restaurants, galleries, ruins, nigh life, shopping and more.

It`s best to rent a car in Sedona. Also, please use the local Free, Sedona Shuttle, for trailhead transportation.

Pool is seasonal. Hot tub is year round. Golf needs to be made by appointment through Canyon Mesa golf club.

No exceptions.

No Pets!

Pack N Play and Highchair located in unit.

We do not accept mail at this address.

No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated.

No Mountain Bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house.

Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated.

Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.

NO FIRES May 1 - October 1. Or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban.

We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.

By law this home may NOT be used for events, parties or large gatherings.

We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals!

Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.

Please use your accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc... Please be sure to log out of those accounts when you check out.
