Welcome to Casa Bendita—a brand-new beach retreat designed for gathering, relaxing, and creating unforgettable memories. Only two blocks from the beach (a 7-minute walk) and tucked on a quiet dead-end street, this home is perfect for families and friends seeking comfort and convenience.



Inside, you’ll find an open and beautifully decorated space with everything you need for the perfect stay: a well-stocked kitchen, large dining area, comfortable living room seating, and flat-screen TVs in every room (including a 65” in the living room). A Keurig Duo is provided for your morning coffee, and the full-size washer and dryer—plus detergent—make laundry easy during your stay.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms



Casa Bendita offers 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, sleeping up to 14 guests:

• Bedroom 1: Bunkroom with full-over-full, twin-over-twin, and a twin pullout; TV and room-darkening shades

• Bedroom 2 & 3: Queen memory-foam, TV, sound machine, room-darkening shades

• Bedroom 4: King en suite, memory-foam mattress, walk-in shower, double sinks, TV, sound machine, room-darkening shades                                                                                                       • Bedroom 5: King en suite, memory-foam mattress, walk-in shower, TV, sound machine, room-darkening shades



A full hallway bath with a tub/shower combo is available for shared use, and a fourth full bathroom is located downstairs for convenience after beach or pool time.



Pool & Outdoor Living



Enjoy your private heated pool and covered patio with a propane grill and plenty of seating.

Pool heat is included October–April with no additonal cost to you.

If guests would like the pool heated outside these months, the rate is $75/night and must be prepaid.



Rinse off after the beach in the outdoor shower, relax in the shade under the house, or watch the sunset from the upstairs deck.

Guest Access & Parking



Guests have full access to the house, yard, and driveway.

(No garage access; one housekeeping closet is locked.)

Parking available for up to 6 vehicles, including golf carts.

House Rules

Must be 25 years old to rent

No pets allowed on the property OR in the home

No parties or events

No more than 14 people at all times, this includes pool usage during your stay or additional guests arriving.

Absolutely No Smoking inside the home

Parking space for 6 vehicles MAXIMUM, including any golfcarts the guests rent on their own. Parking is not allowed on the street or on our grass.

Quiet Hours 10PM to 8AM - Enforced. This includes no loud music or loud gatherings outside after 10pm.

Guests must follow check-out procedure posted inside the home

Things to Note

Monday and Thursday is trash day, please take cans to curb the evening prior or at departure.

Homeowners are not responsible for accidents.

There is no child proofing, you must remain with your child at all times.

We will provide bath towels (inside use only), pool towels, bed linens, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, bounce sheets, and coffee filters. Guests will need to provide Keurig pods, coffee grounds, body wash and shampoo/conditioner.

Security cameras are on the exterior of the home (front porch, garage, and pool) and record with motion present. Cameras are to protect guests, property, and verify occupancy. Tampering with cameras or their connection will result in removing the guest from the property with no refund.
