Nestled in the country with a 5 acre pond for fishing, walking trails, 20 minutes from town and 45 minutes from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Arkansas. 20 minutes away from Black River for duck hunters. Located on Scatter Creek Ranch on Crowleys Ridge.
