Welcome to The Lexy, a modern studio on the fifth floor in Midtown East. Elevator access makes this unit ideal for two guests. A kitchen with a stove, oven, and dishwasher makes cooking simple. Wi-Fi, a workspace, air conditioning, and a TV ensure a comfortable and productive stay. Midtown East convenience puts you near iconic landmarks and excellent dining options nearby, making your stay all the more comfortable.



Other Things to Note:

All Vibe Spaces are self catering and set up for the long term monthly renter. So while you won't need to bring linens for the bedroom or cooking utensils, dinnerware, and cookware for the kitchen, we don't provide ongoing cleaning services, supplies or toiletries that you would commonly find in a hotel.



Vibe Spaces come equipped with just the basics for clean and comfortable living, including a broom, dustpan, swiffer, and in many cases, a vacuum. We don't, however, provide swiffer pads, paper towels, or cleaning products. You'll also be provided with a starter kit of toiletries including a roll or two of toilet paper, a bar of soap, and a travel-sized bottle of shampoo and conditioner. Typically, you can expect one set of linens per bed, which includes a minimum of 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, 1 comforter and duvet cover, 2 pillows, and 2 bath towels.



For anything else, our spaces are well located within close walking distance of convenience stores. We can also help connect you with independent local delivery services from which you can purchase any additional items to help make your stay more comfortable.
