Welcome to this newly built 3-bedroom cottage in the charming seaside community of Morell, Prince Edward Island. Ideally situated in a quiet subdivision, the property is just a 10-minute walk to the pristine sands of Lakeside Beach and a 5-minute drive to world-class golfing at The Links at Crowbush Cove.
Inside, the cottage offers a bright and comfortable layout designed for easy vacation living. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower. A second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom is currently being furnished- photos coming soon. A guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo provides added convenience for families and groups.
The open-concept main living area is equipped with a mini-split offering air conditioning to keep the space cool during warm summer days. Local dining options are just minutes away in Morell, including favourites such as Holy Cow, the Pie Oh My food truck, and The Seafood Shack-home to some of the island’s best lobster rolls.
