Our Bright, modern 4-bedroom, 3-bath family home just a 10-minute drive from Siesta Key Beach is perfect for Holiday's getaways or multi-generational trips, this sunny single-level retreat comfortably sleeps 10 adults. Enjoy an open-plan living area that flows onto a huge screened lanai for bug-free dining & play. Rare bonus: a private mother-in-law studio with its own entrance, full kitchenette, cozy living room, bedroom area & private bath– ideal for grandparents, teens, or couples wanting privacy.

Pet Policy:
We know pets are part of the family! Pets are allowed with prior host approval. The fee is $150 per pet. Pets must be crated when left alone. No pets allowed on furniture or beds.
