• Dogs are welcome for an additional $75 per pet per stay. No cats allowed due to severe allergies.
• Nightly rate includes 8 guests. Additional guests are $20 per person per night, with a maximum of 12 guests total.
• Blackout curtains are installed in every bedroom for your comfort.
• Shower essentials provided, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup wipes, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and mouthwash.
• Absolutely no pets in the pool at anytime.
• No parties or events.
• No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home.
• Exterior security cameras in the backyard, over the garage and front door are present for safety.
• A rental agreement and ID verification may be required.
• The city of Grand Prairie does not allow Short Term Rental guests to park on the street, grass or over the sidewalk. It is strictly enforced, and fines will apply.
