At 405 Yacht Harbor, you have the best of what Island living has to offer. First, is the view. 405 Yacht Harbor overlooks the Morgan Creek Marina, as well as the Yacht Harbor community swimming pool. The community pool features a hot tub plus has two grilling stations. From the outstanding outdoor living room, which has all new furnishings including a sofa and oversized chairs, you can watch your children enjoy the refreshing water at the community pool or see the latest prize catch being offloaded from a fishing boat at the marina. Second, beach access is easy. There is plenty of options for beach access that include areas to park your car, park your golf cart rental (we can help with golf cart rental agencies), or your beach bike. Next, all the activities to enjoy. Wild Dunes features two famous golf courses, Sand and Sea Spa, miles of bike trails, playground, and many restaurants (seasonal).

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

I reserved this home for my family. Everything was as stated and as expected. Unfortunately, when my family left the house, accidently their work phone was left behind. The cleaning people took it home with them. They didn't call or alert anyone to let them know they took the phone. My family had to call and told the property management that the phone was at the cleaning people house. This is unprofessional. It was reported to the police.

We had several members of our team in town for business, the property was in a great location and convenient to downtown IOP. The layout of the condo was perfect and we really enjoyed the large bedrooms and bathrooms.

Labor Day weekend
This property was really quite nice. We loved the beautiful view of the pool with the palm trees and the marina behind it. The landscaping around the pool and other units adds to the appeal. We also loved the proximity to the pool, and enjoyed walking around the community and walking the trails. Our only suggestion would be for the kitchen to be more well-stocked with cooking utensils and better pans to cook eggs, sauté vegetables, etc.in.

Perfect for our family
We loved the 2 master suites, each with their own full bathroom. The kids also enjoyed their bunk beds with an extra queen bed. They had their own full bathroom as well. The pool was just steps away. The kitchen was well stocked and we all enjoyed the games and puzzles that were there for our use! We had a great vacation!
