The community pool is not heated and is usually open yearly from April 1 to October 1 depending on the weather. The Wild Dunes Resort area is a private resort covering a large area of more than 1500 acres. Here, you can enjoy a great experience while vacationing with your group. It offers incredible features like six restaurants, 17 tennis courts, golf course, spa, and much more. With so many exciting things to do within the resort, you can make the most of the experience. And finally, after all the adventures, you walk straight to the beach within a few minutes and capture the scenic views of sunset.

With an open floor concept featuring a large living area, you can find it easy to socialize with your group. The living room has a comfortable couch and flat screen television with Youtube tv. The different bed sizes include a king, queen, two twins, and a sleeper sofa. As you can find lots of food options in the vicinity, you can enjoy your meals outside. But, if you are excited to whip up a quick breakfast or make a lavish family dinner, you can do so in the fully equipped kitchen. Here, we offer everything from cookware to utensils, cabinets to countertops, and electronic appliances. Some of the appliances include a dishwasher, microwave, cooking range, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, and toaster.
This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $500 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
