Decorated in autochtone istrian style with walls tiled in original istrian stone, distanced only a few steps from one of the best beach/promenade Lungomare in Pula with incredible clear and clean sea and seacoast, ideal for bathing, sun tanning, walking and enjoying with your family!

Located in quiet and peaceful neighborhood, with everything needed in walking distance, just made for maximum relaxation and enjoyment!

Apartment is very close to pebble beach (1 minute walk) and in range of 10 minute walk it has everything you might need for a enjoyable holiday (stores, restaurants, beach bars, banks, ER, pharmacy, coffee shops, bus stops, etc.).

We have website with info details and maps for every point of interest around the apartment, Pula and wider area, such as restaurants, shops, banks, coffee places and night bars, beach bars, beaches, sightseeing and cultural places and many other.

It is very spacious (61 square meters) with lots of daylight but not in direct sun so it's never too hot and it consists of terrace, kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

Terrace
- excellent place for morning breakfast under a big wooden parasol with soothing view on blooming kiwi, orange, olive and other summer/winter greenery,
- very peaceful neighborhood suitable for complete relaxation and enjoyment over a cup of coffee or tea, breakfast, lunch or dinner,
- sit on outdoor chairs next to concrete table surrounded with autochthonous istrian motifs like genuine stone tiled wall, genuine lanterns etc.,

Kitchen
- spacious fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for making all sorts of tasty and delicious dishes and food,
- equipped with refrigerator with freezer, dish washer (dish washer tablets included), microwave, water heater (boiling unit), sink, 4 cylinder gas stove with baking oven, instant coffee maker, manual multi-mixer with multi-purpose blades perfect for preparing salads, ice cold drinks, omelette, sauces, baby foods etc., paper towels and disposable nylon bags and all kitchen utensils needed for carefree cooking,

- spacious living room right next to kitchen with big screen FullHD 42" (106cm) LG TV compatible with USB external memory so you can plug in your favorite music or videos and you can also connect your laptop (cables not provided),
- great ambient atmosphere that is enhanced with many hand made decorations like realistic ship models that my dad made, istrian wagon, wine barrel, knitted tablecloth, pictures..,
- optimally placed air conditioning unit that is capable of cooling the whole apartment on those hot summer days! (we kindly ask you to turn off the unit when you leave the apartment and to close windows and doors when unit is turned on),
- large and very comfortable couch that is placed next to the stone tilled wall which gives great ambient feeling while having quiet inside evening while watching TV, reading a book or just hanging out,
- sawing kit,

Dining room
- directly connected to the kitchen and terrace with plenty of sun, vintage table and solid wood chairs with marvelous ambient of istrian decorative details like stone tilled wall in shape of Istra, original istrian wagon wheel, original indoor wood oven,
- perfectly placed large working table (made for laptop) just next to the window to get sky high motivation if there is any work needed to be done,

Guest access
You'll have access to whole apartment as listed. That's a covered terrace, a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms.

Apartment is located on first floor, connected with marble steps to which you have access through a yard.

You will have access to a stone covered barbecue that is located on the ground floor, please ask before using it so we can provide everything you need.

Interaction with guests
Since the apartment is located in a private house on a first floor, there are other living apartments. In the apartment beneath are my parents which are available almost at all times.

I'm often visiting my parents and I'll be at disposal for any thing necessary. Of course, you can get in touch with me via mobile, e-mail..

Other things to note:
There is one free reserved parking space in front of the house. Also there is a free parking lot just 20 meters away!

Free wireless connection is available in whole apartment with unlimited use and with a good and stable connection!

We can provide portable crib with linen and baby feeding highchair! (no extra charge)

In summer time there can be some mosquitoes, for which we provide anti-mosquito electric repellent that uses anti mosquito liquid which it needs to be plugged in electric socket.
