• All pet waste must be picked up using proper pet waste bags (not provided by the owner) and placed in the outdoor trash bin. [$100 violation fee]

No Smoking

• 100% smoke-free property (indoors + outdoors). [$200 violation fee]

No Parties or Events

• No parties, events, or gatherings. This space is for approved guests only. [$350 violation fee]

Quiet Hours

• Strictly enforced from 10 PM - 7 AM. Noise monitors are installed to detect excessive noise. (Please be considerate of your neighbors by keeping noise levels down during these hours).

Age or Booking Restrictions

• Guests must be 25+ to book, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

• No third-party bookings—only the registered guest may stay.

Check-In/Check-Out Specifics

• Check-in after 4 PM, check-out by 11 AM. We try our best to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. (Minimum 12 hour advance notice is recommended).

Cleanliness or Conduct

• Guests are expected to keep dishes and appliances clean and to place trash in outside bins when full and before check-out.

• Towels may not be used for cleaning pets or floors. [$50 fee per towel misuse].

• Stained/ripped bedding will result in a replacement fee.

• No moving or rearranging furniture; including beds, sofas, tables, chairs, or other items.

• Respectful behavior required—damage or rule violations may result in penalties.
