Entire home for rent. Single family detached home with large private yard. NOT AN APARTMENT/ DUPLEX. You will understand what we mean by cozy cottage the moment you arrive. this newly renovated 2-bed, 1-bath home features king beds, an open living area with high ceilings, and a spa-style bath with premium toiletries. enjoy a fenced yard, heated pool, hot tub, 900-sq-ft marble patio, weber grill, and screened porch. just a 10-minute walk to Wilton drive -perfect for 2 couples to relax and unwind.
The pool runs on an automatic schedule and turns on daily at 8:00 a.m. It is heated to 84°F and remains open until 11:00 p.m.
If you’d like to use the spa, please message the owner in advance— it takes approximately one hour to heat up to 100 degrees.
Please note that the pool lights automatically shut off at 11:00 p.m., when the pool closes.

Why they chose this property
I choose this home because it had a huge flat back yard perfect for a new pool. I choose the neighborhood because its a 10 minute walk to the drive. 3 min walk to Starbucks. 3 min walk to dog park. 10 min drive to beach. 20 min drive to FLL airport
What makes this property unique
The house is cute as can be. It has original exposed wood ceilings that were painted white giving it a cottage beachy vibe. The high ceilings and open floor plan make it perfect!
