Stay in the heart of Olde Naples in this bright and peaceful second floor corner condo located in a quiet and well maintained 12 unit building. It is just 7 blocks to Naples Beach and a short walk to 5th Avenue South, 3rd Street South, Cambier Park, and Naples Bay

Minimum stay: 30 days. Rentals must align with full calendar months. Mid-month to mid-month bookings are not available.

This location is ideal for guests seeking comfort, walkability, and a calm seasonal retreat. The condo offers a comfortable living space with a king size bed, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, and a clean bathroom with a walk in shower and bidet.

A new kitchen island and stove were recently added. Some accessories may vary slightly from the photos because the condo is regularly refreshed to maintain a high quality guest experience.

Guests have access to a quiet shared courtyard with seating and a grill. The stay also includes two cruiser bikes, a beach cart, beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach tent, and beach towels.

The location allows easy walking access to many Old Naples highlights including the beach and Naples Pier, Fifth Avenue South dining and shopping, Third Street South and its Saturday farmers market, Cambier Park, Naples Bay, Bayfront, and Tin City.

This condo sleeps a maximum of two guests. It includes one king bed, one bathroom with a walk in shower, an assigned parking space, guest parking, and in unit laundry. No smoking is allowed. The minimum rental period is 30 days.

Guests are required to complete a simple HOA application prior to arrival. This small 12 unit community requires approval for all seasonal stays.
No towels or items outside. To maintain the clean appearance of the building, personal items should not be left outside the unit or on railings.

I had a wonderful stay at this Naples condo. The host was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process, which made everything smooth from booking through checkout. The location is excellent close to everything Naples has to offer, including the beach, restaurants, and downtown. The condo itself is very well outfitted. The kitchen is especially nice and stocked with everything you need if you want to cook or prepare meals during your stay. It really felt like a place where the owner has thought about what guests might need, everything you need to enjoy your time in Naples comes with this condo. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks, Tim.

Everything you need is close by, yet the neighborhood still feels relaxed and residential, which is rare for such a central location
