Disliked: Communication
The host was completely unresponsive. I was not even able to make this trip and my brother went in my place. He reported that the place was filthy and the hallways smelled like pot. Further, he forgot to register for daily parking and was charged an exorbitant fee. I tried to reach out to the host many times and was extremely frustrated and disappointed by the lack of response or help.
