The property was as advertised. Nice small kitchen, comfortable bed, large bathroom. Stephanie, the host , was very responsive and accommodating. The pool was broken when we were there so it could not be used, otherwise everything was great.

The host canceled our stay after we had already arrived at the Fort Myers airport. We only found out because we called as they still hadn't sent access codes for the stay - so we got to spend 1.5 hours figuring out where we were going to sleep that night and the rest of the trip. They made no attempt to reach us.

The value for the money was worth it. Wonderful view. Great location. We love Bullig for coffee. Ella Maes is walking distance as well.PARKING: The 3 level parking garage has signs that all guest park on level 3. I believe all levels are for anybody. Try to park on 1st level by large glass doors. BATHROOM: I thought it a cute toich that the owner provided sunscreen as well. Towels were not musky. Only downside to the bathroom is that the toilet paper holder needs to be replaced. Every time we went for TP it would fall off and roll all over the place. LOCATION: PERFECT. View. Walking distance.BEDROOM: Bed is uncomfortable. Soft. Dip on one side. I did get a neckache from this. My two teens slept on the sleeper sofa. I dont think they made any of them for comfort. It is what it is. LAUNDRY ROOM: Is on the same floor. It is a shared washer and dryer. Free of charge. The owner provides detergent. I liked that. It made it nice to not go home with soggy clothes. All-in-all the value for the money was worth it. Especially for St Pattys Day weekend and last minute reservation. We would book again. Hopefully the two errors with TP holder and bed can be upgraded.
