Tucked away in ‘Old Mammoth’ is Snowcreek #406. Very cozy and tastefully appointed with rustic cabin decor, this condo offers everything you need to make your mountain vacation most enjoyable.

Located in the meadow area, you can hike, bike, golf and fish practically right out the front door. And for those who come to ski and prefer not to drive in the snow, you can easily walk to the entrance at Snowcreek Road and catch the red line shuttle to the main lodge. The condo is minutes from Snowcreek Athletic Club, Double Eagle Spa, Snowcreek and Sierra Star Golf Courses, Vons, the movie theater, Eagle & Canyon Ski Area and many great restaurants.

This unit is upstairs and offers one bedroom, a large loft, extra bonus room and one full bath. It comfortably sleeps 5 guests with a king in the master bedroom, a queen in the upstairs loft and a twin in the bonus room making it ideal for a couple, two couples or a small family. Plus, it’s pet friendly - so bring along your 4-legged family members (FULLY REFUNDABLE PET DEPOSIT required (this is not a FEE) - see rental agreement or scroll down past reviews and calendar to the bottom of the page "Additional Information about Rental Rates." for details).

The kitchen is fully stocked. If you choose to ‘stay-in for the night’ you’ll have everything you need to prepare a hearty home-cooked meal. Amenities include cable, 50" flatscreen, in the living room, flatscreens in the master and loft, FREE wireless Internet, bluetooth speaker, a CD player, movies, games, books, wood burning fireplace, gas BBQ and a washer/dryer. And, it’s steps away from the jacuzzi and sauna where you can soothe your tired muscles after a hard day of fun-filled adventure. Parking is directly in front.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove all trash and place in the dumpster (behind the jscuzzi)
Empty the refrigerator and freezer of leftover food and drinks.
If used, clean BBQ grates, leave fee of burnt on food.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great Location and perfect for a family

We are always very happy to come back to Snowcreek 406! Rooms are very clean and comfortable, the host Cheri is always warm and very welcoming. We love the location too, it’s close to everything. Perfect stay

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well stocked Snowcreek condo in gorgeous setting near meadow. Even a humidifier was supplied. Nothing lacking! We loved that we could bring our dog on vacation with us. Host was helpful and easy to communicate with. Hope to stay again in the future !

We loved staying at Snowcreek 406!! As soon as you open the door, you can tell how much care the owner put into this place. It was welcoming, clean and comfortable. The location was great, the meadow behind the building was beautiful and the owner Cheri was wonderful! She is very kind, thoughtful and quick to respond. Thank you so much for let us stay and also being pet friendly:) We can not wait to come back again!!

Excellent condo in Mammoth

Cheri gave us all the needed information ahead of time and our check in was seamless. Our three daughters loved the loft and bonus room. I think it actually felt bigger than what we thought from the photos. We loved all the kitchen amenities as well. It is in a great location and easy to get to and from the village. We drove each time, but saw many people utilize the shuttle. The beds were so dreamy and comfortable. I highly recommend this property!

Great communication

Other reviews tell you how clean and cozy this place is, and they are correct. But there are other touches that set it apart such as the tool box, the binder of manuals for the appliances, conveniences such as tape and scissors, and of course the bottle of wine waiting for us! Cheri was an amazing communicator, giving great directions prior to check in and responding quickly and in a very helpful manner any time we had a question. The Snowcreek area is also a very friendly and welcoming place and great for walking your dog, with lots of grass, ponds and creeks and proximity to the paved walking trail. This is a 5 Star review without a doubt and we would love to stay here again!

Cute (and Clean) Condo!

Snowcreek is a very nice community! #406 is comfortable and close to town. The condo is well-stocked! We prepared most meals there. The bed is comfy! The loft is spacious! Everything was very clean! A hand sanitizer has been installed outside of the front door. There is more in the bathroom, and several containers of disinfectant wipes are in different rooms. Guests are asked to take their shoes off inside. Remote controls are sealed in plastic. During this time of COVID-19 we appreciated this very much! And then there’s the owner! Cheri was SO easy to communicate with, whether it be through talk or text! She was ALWAYS quick to respond to our questions, and very kind!! Overall, my husband and I and our two pups really enjoyed the time we spent in this condo and would highly recommend it!

Spring Ski Home Base

Spent a lovely week at Cherri’s condo with 2 kids. Perfect size for the four of us. Kids enjoyed being upstairs and playing with some of the board games. Kitchen was very well appointed for some simple meals. Very easy to navigate to and a short rip to the Main Lodge. Would absolutely stay again.

Great spot for small family and pet

Cheri's condo was the perfect place for our family of 3 and our dog. We enjoyed taking walks around the grounds and surrounding neighborhoods. My husband wasn't skiing so he was able to drive my son and me to Canyon Lodge (about 8 minutes) every morning. Cheri was very communicative and made the check-in and out processes very easy.

Snowy Snowcreek

We had lots of snow our four day visit. No problems the groundskeepers at snowcreek are plowing and shoveling at 6am for your early departure. Condo has lots of extra blankets to stay warm. Our favorite home vacation spot

Beautiful Snowcreek

Had beautiful weather for my three year old grandson’s first snow vacation in Mammoth. Lots of areas just outside the door to walk and play in the snow for children and dogs. Thanks Cheri for always making us feel like your place is our second home. Very clean and comfortable. Great linens and kitchen for cooking large or small meals. New microwave, oven and dishwasher are wonderful to use. Love the electric stove so easy to clean and quickly gets hot.

Perfect for us!

This was a perfect spot for us for when we visited Mammoth and went skiing! The master bed was very comfortable and so was the twin bed upstairs in the loft! The bigger bed in the loft was a little hard, but if you like for mattresses, then it’s for you! Overall, this was a very homey feel and my family and I enjoyed our stay immensely.

Fantastic Accommodation

I chose Snowcreek, and Old Mammoth because it reminds me of a wonderful time of my young life where I met life-long friends. I'm grateful to be able to share this special place - with you. It's close to the center of town, yet tucked far enough away to provide a serene and peaceful place to get-away from the hustle.
