Inside, the home features a comfortable primary bedroom with a queen bed and a spacious guest room with a full-over-full bunk bed plus a twin trundle. The inviting living area includes a 75" smart TV, while the primary bedroom offers a 24" smart TV for convenient streaming. A large kitchen island with seating for four creates the perfect spot for meals or morning coffee. There is a Ninja 12-cup drip coffee maker at this home for you to enjoy your favorite brew. Outdoor amenities are designed with boaters in mind. The 50' dock includes a fish-cleaning station and quick access to the canals. This home is less than 3 miles from a public boat ramp. There is an ice maker located downstairs for prepping coolers before a day on the water. Rinse off in the refreshing outdoor shower after a perfect day on the water. The home offers ample parking for up to three vehicles plus a boat trailer, making arrival and loading easy. A Nexgrill propane grill is also available for outdoor cooking. For security, one camera is mounted at the front of the home facing the road. This home accommodates up to 3 cars and one boat trailer. Sorry, no pets are allowed at this property. This is a 28-night minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform.
