Guests will enjoy a light and bright décor to come relax in their haven after a fun-filled day in Oxford enjoying Ole Miss or exploring at the Square. Sip your coffee or have a glass of wine on the large, peaceful balcony and relax.



The Space:

Upstairs end unit is located near the rear of the complex for a quieter, cozier stay. It is fully furnished with stocked kitchen and baths to provide all of the comforts of home for your time in Oxford. Two inviting master bedrooms with comfortable queen beds ensure a lovely stay. Each bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The fully stocked bathrooms include hair dryers and personal products for use. This property is located on the second floor and has no elevator access.



Open floor plan living room which has a queen sized sleeper sofa allows a group of six to enjoy their visit to Oxford. The dining area which includes dining table and barstools accommodates seating for six. Fully stocked kitchen is ready for entertaining or preparing for tailgates, or a quiet night in. Washer and dryer are in unit. For your entertainment, guests will enjoy 2 TV’s throughout the condo to watch your favorite show or sporting event. Feel free to use your favorite streaming service.

Guests have full access to treat the Hotty Toddy Haven as your home away from home! The entire condo is yours. There are on-site facilities including the Gym, Pool, Basketball Court, Outdoor pavilion. Guests will have access to parking directly next to the end unit.

Oxford is full of small town charm and adorable boutiques and delicious restaurants for you to enjoy!
