Step inside to an open living area with a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for cooking meals or prepping coffee before heading out. The bedroom features a luxurious king bed, while the living room offers an expandable trundle bed for additional guests. A full bathroom, in-unit washer and dryer, and ample storage make longer stays easy.

Outside, enjoy morning coffee at the private bistro set, or pull into your dedicated driveway and covered carport for effortless parking. With walkability to the university and quick access to dining, parks, and local attractions, The Ellery Escape offers the convenience of city living with the peace of a neighborhood retreat.

No need to keep up with house keys! Our simple & secure Yale keyless entry system allows you lock and unlock the door with a pin code that's totally unique to your stay.

The Ellery Escape offers covered carport parking for one vehicle and driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles. Parking on the street is allowed if needed.

Guests will NOT have access to the backyard on the property or the primary house on the property. Look for the "Ellery Escape" sign pointing towards the entrance, which is underneath the carport.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather the used towels and put them into the washer/dryer, do not start it. Strip used bedding and place it in front of the washer/dryer.
Make sure that all TVs and electronics are off. If using the heaters place the thermostat to 60 degrees. If using air conditioners set to 75. Please wash your dishes and place them on the drying rack.
Make sure that the door is locked upon leaving by pressing the “Yale” sign or by turning the lock before exiting.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We are Christians and love to spend time with our church community. We love to be outdoors and active, including pickleball, running, working out, and walks on the Lunsford at ACU!

The neighborhood that Ellery Escape is in is a safe neighborhood comprised of a mixture of college/young adults and long-term owners who have been established in the neighborhood. We love this neighborhood because it is centrally located, just a short drive from the three major universities, downtown, and Hendrick North Hospital. We love that this neighborhood is walking distance from ACU, providing a walking trail surrounding ACU and ample grass area to enjoy the outdoors.
