Each Queen/Queen room offers a comfortable, well-appointed space designed for a relaxing stay. The room includes two queen beds, an LCD TV for entertainment, complimentary Wi-Fi, a work-friendly desk area, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination and essential toiletries. With clean, spacious accommodations and convenient in-room amenities, the Q/Q room provides a restful environment for all guests.

Please note that the establishment has recently undergone a change of ownership while the premises is a hotel building the business is not running as a standard hotel and is instead running as a mid-term rental property.

As such please keep in mind the following:
- We do not provide daily housekeeping. We may be able to offer this upon request for an additional charge per housekeeping.
- There will not be regular staff onsite and we will be in touch with you via the messaging thread on your booking platform
-This property is stocked for mid-term stays, so we provide only starter toiletries
(one roll of toilet paper, paper towels, and a trash bag).
Please keep this in mind and bring your own toiletries when you come.

Maintenance Access:
- Emergency Maintenance: If urgent repairs are required (e.g., water leaks, electrical
issues) and we cannot reach you within [X] hours, we reserve the right to enter the
unit.
- Occupants & Guest Policy:
The main occupant must be listed on the reservation.
The reservation must reflect the accurate number of guests and pets.
