The main level features a spacious formal living room with modern décor, a large separate dining room that seats eight, and an additional breakfast area for casual meals. A second living room/TV room provides another cozy place to unwind. The kitchen is large and fully functional, equipped with updated appliances, an island for prep space, and all essentials needed for home cooking. You’ll also find a washer and dryer in a dedicated laundry room.



One bedroom is located downstairs with a full-size bed and a private bathroom (shower + toilet). A separate powder room is also on this level for added convenience.



Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a comfortable king bed, a smart TV, and its own spacious ensuite bathroom with bathtub, separate shower, dual vanities, and toilet. The two additional bedrooms upstairs include one with a queen bed, and the other with two twin beds, connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
