After years of Massachusetts winters, my wife and I finally made our Florida dream a reality – we bought this stunning Intracoastal property just two months ago! With our sons Liam (18) and Owen (16), we’ve been coming to South Florida for years, and we always knew we wanted a place of our own where we could boat, hit the beaches, and escape the cold.
When we found this home with its private dock and no fixed bridges to the inlet, we knew it was perfect. We’re avid boaters and beach lovers, and the location is exactly what we’d been searching for – quiet Lighthouse Point neighborhood with easy access to everything South Florida has to offer.
The boys love having their own space, the heated pool is perfect year-round, and the outdoor kitchen setup means we can entertain family and friends Florida-style. We’ve already spent weekends exploring the Intracoastal, grilling fresh seafood, and enjoying the laid-back waterfront lifestyle we dreamed about during those long New England winters.
Since we’re still based in Massachusetts and can only get down here so often, we’re excited to share our home with other families, boaters, and travelers who appreciate quality waterfront accommodations. We’ve equipped it with everything we’d want for ourselves, and we’re committed to making sure every guest has an exceptional experience.
