It’s a great location with an easy walk to eateries and sight seeing places. Stay was comfortable and had all the amenities. Check-in process was a little confusing and the place has a 2-3 flights of steps. But, overall communication was good.

Very comfortable, clean apartment. Right on key bus lines for getting around town. Lots of food nearby. Kitchen is basic, but then who cooks much in NY? Beds were super comfy, and the apartment had plenty of space for us to relax after a day of exploring the city. Great communication, and it was easy to get in.

appartment was clean, there is a lot of space, price was great, the heater worked great in a cold January. Rooms get a lot of noise from the street, but is NY, I guess that is the normal vibe of the city.

The apartment itself is delightful, spacious, and well-maintained. However, it is located on a very busy street, which has a lot of street noise that can be heard inside of the apartment. If you are a light sleeper, this wouldn’t be the best choice, besides that, everything was wonderful and true to description and pictures. Would book again!

The price is right, guys. The location is great. (Charlotte coffee downstairs is also amazing for those who might stay next). Host is responsive. Check in is easy. Yes, street noise is quite loud at night but this is the city. Of mention- the property address on Vrbo is a couple blocks different from the address the host texts you which was slightly off putting prior to arrival. However, the photos are of the actual property. They appear to have been heavily brightened. Apartment was clean, but dingy. Not as bright and “new” as photos suggest. That being said, it does have everything you need and I would likely stay again with realistic expectations.

Our 6-Night stay was great! The apartment had everything we needed. All as advertised everything was nearby and public transportation was easy acess. Check-in/out was seamless. The cafe below was excellent easy to get our morning coffee. Rocky's pizza delicious. Thank you o our host excellent communication. We will definitely be booking for all of our NYV visits.
