Beautiful udpdated 2 bed 2 bath ocean front condo with amazing ocean views!

Concrete restoration and exterior painting will take place 10/20–early December, Mon–Fri 9 AM–5 PM, with possible Saturday work. Amenities and beach access are not expected to be affected.
2br 2 bath in a 49-unit complex-all the comforts of home! Fully equip kitchen-King size bed in master bedroom, double, twin in second bedroom and pullout couch in the living room. Other units available. Enjoy swimming in the oversized heated pool situated on the ocean side. Also, bocce court, shuffleboard and an exercise room. Restaurants and grocery store located across the street. Close to many Florida attractions!

Amazing view

We had a very nice stay, location is great and view is amazing. There are a number of excellent restaurants within a short distance. Made a trip to Kennedy Space Center, easy drive to get there and made for a nice day trip.

Very Nice Condo and Quiet Area

Close enough to the Cape so that you can see any launches that are scheduled. Nice condo, right on the beach, nice pool and the area is quiet with a lot of nice local restaurants. Enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay! Great place to get together and if you're a surfer this is on one of the best breaks in the area! Had great waves several days! Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Carol the Property Manager was very responsive! The view was amazing! Couldn't have asked for anything more!

The only way for this condo to be better would be for me to be the owner!! Beautifully decorated, clean, well stocked. View and access to the beach was perfect. You even have pool and beach view from treadmill in the commons area.

Loved the View!

Overall the condo was very nice and we would definitely stay again. Very cute with beachy decorations, plenty of seating on the balcony and inside. We had no communication with the owner but we didn't have to. We had 7 people staying and were a little disappointed in the stinginess of the supplies. There was a really tiny bottle of dish liquid, 10 trash bags (counted out), 2 pot holders, 2 dish cloths, no dish towels, 1/2 of a dish sponge (really?!), 10 6-cup filters for a 12-cup coffee maker and a plethora of glasses and mugs. We had to buy paper towels, toilet paper, dish liquid, hand soap, containers for leftovers and all spices, condiments, wraps, etc. We've stayed in rentals before and people usually leave things like condiments, spices and foils, plastic bags, etc but there was nothing. Part of that could be because of Covid-19 but it would have been such a waste if we didn't have family in the area that we could give our extra to. A couple of us like to go barefoot in the house but the floor was filthy as evidenced by the black feet at the end of the first day. Overall, however, it was a great week!

So Many Unexpected Memories Made

This was probably one of the best vacations I’ve ever had. Not only was the condo in a perfect location and a great fit for our family, and the host was excellent with communication, but on our first night we were lucky enough to see a rocket launch right from our balcony. We also got to see sea turtles every night, coming up to nest, crabs, and dolphins all right outside on the beach. We stayed in the first week of July. If you’re considering booking this place, don’t talk about it be about it! You won’t regret it!

Excellent location and very nice, updated unit. Direct access to the beach and right on A1A with good restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Host is very responsive. Building is a soft V-shape. So you can see other people’s balconies across the pool. Just a warning for those who can’t handle that. It was not an issue for us. A few K-Cups to get you by on the first morning until you can get to the grocery store would be nice.
