Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please tidy up before leaving.
Please take trash out to blue bins located at front of property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests must enter through walking gate, press the button by the white gear box to open the car gate. The gate stays open for exactly 1 minute.
Before using the Primary Ensuite Bathroom shower, please allow the sink faucet to run for 5 mins on hot. This ensures the shower will have hot water.
No glass allowed outside or in pool. There are melamine and plastic drink ware and serving dishes provided for outdoor use.
