The Blue Villas at the Sea with beautiful sea views just steps from the beach

Air conditioning and heating throughout plus a private yard and five verandahs. The house is freshly painted inside and out. Bring your dog and let him or her enjoy the yard while you sunbathe while drinking your favorite drink. Additionally, we have secure subterranean and locked parking with 2 spaces dedicated to your needs only. Walk a few amount of meters and you are at your private beach. Isn't this an ideal base for exploring the beautiful eastern Peoloponnese and what about just relaxing on your chaise lounge while reading a book or on one of the verandahs? All you have to do is choose.

Inside, the living room has a dedicated brand new 55 inch smart tv complete with Netflix, a complimentary subscription for adults and kids. Don’t forget about “You Tube”. We have a Rocku Box for even more programming choices . During the week, there are evening movies presented in English on the Greek tv channels. Yes, we have an extensive book and DVD library. The kitchen, seating and dining room flow into each other, creating a Great Room.

Upstairs, the two houses have been separated. This means there are two staircases both leading to private bedrooms and bathrooms with even a comfortable sofa bed in the seaside sitting room if needed. In the closet plus the bathroom cabinet are supplies or needed items that you don’t have such as a sewing kit and a hairdryer. The sea bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and it's private bathroom.

The double bedded mountainside bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with extra supplies under the sink and in the cabinets. Also, we even have q tips. All rooms have independent air-conditioning units plus remotes. We also are happy to sleep more people after 3 persons as an small extra fee. We have a high chair and a cot available on request plus a cot.

I live here a few months a year. Unfortunately, I am not here as much as I used to so I wanted to share it with others. I want to give my house life in my absence. It is well cared after by the property manager, George, who works nearby and is always available for questions. Our goal is for you to spend at least two weeks enjoying the culture and sun. There are amazing people who live here. Please wear slippers instead of shoes. We also want you to enjoy your stay and be comfortable in air conditioning. Please only use the air conditioning on in one room at a time. It helps with energy and keeps you more comfortable? There are extra items for your use in the mountain bedroom and the sitting room on the sea side. The car remote is available as needed plus extra parking is across the street.

Please use anything you desire! My only request is to replace it if ruin it. The air conditioning/heating has individual controls and settings. Heat also can also be obtained by the heaters close to the floor. Please run whichever one you are room you are using to concern power in order not to trip the breakers.

HOUSE RULES FOR THE VILLAS
Turn off inside lights when leaving the villa (please turn off lights in rooms you are not using)
Please keep sliding doors closed when inside or on patio. The sliding windows and doors have screens for mosquito free ventilation.
Please straighten up when you leave and if you moved anything, please put anything back to its original position.
Clean up appliances after use.
This is our home.
Please be respectful keep everything tidy and clean.
Also, please be environmentally conscious and keep energy, utility and water use at a minimum. Help save our planet!
Everyone is friendly and helpful beyond belief. Greek people take a siesta after lunch at approximately 2:30pm. The village becomes even more peaceful at that time. I left a map of the village to show you how far everything is. As mentioned, the villa was joined on the bottom floor to leave a Great Room.

is fully stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, napkins/sitting area/tea and coffee and microwave

Upstairs, the two houses have been kept separate. This means that there are two staircases, both leading to bedrooms and bathrooms, giving total privacy to two couples.

To be more specific, the seaside of the villa, there is a Seaside bedroom with a Queen sized bed. There is also a sitting room with a comfortable sofa bed. This room has a balcony overlooking the sea with it's panoramic views. It can also be used as a third bedroom if required. The mountainside bedroom has a nice, quiet room with mountain views. All the rooms have independent air conditioning and heating plus windows with roller or collapsible shutters plus built in fly screens.

Upon request, a Deluxe Housekeeping Package during your stay for a slight fee. We will clean the house prior to your arrival for no fee, but if you want us to clean the house during your stay, let us know. We can also supply you with a crib and high chair and extra beds for a nominal fee. Please clean the house when you are done-just have common courtesy as this is our home.

Outside downstairs, there is a large patio area with a dining table and chairs in one area, casual furniture and benches on the other side of the verandah. There is a large and secure multi-level garden which is professionally maintained with grass. It also affords fabulous views and breezes complete with benches and patio furniture. Secure underground parking is provided for two cars.

In one direction is the village beach with several good tavernas along the boardwalk, all providing good food and drink, suggesting the first restaurant on the path. In addition to the beaches and tavernas along the boardwalk has a supermarket, mini market, modern pharmacy, cafe bar (great coffee, pizzas and cakes) and a traditional Kafeneion. Astros is the nearest town with bigger supermarkets and other shops just 10 kilometers away. Let's not forget that there is a small secluded beach in another direction. Larger beaches are just a short drive away.

In addition, there are quite a number of archeological sites nearby including Naphlion (beautiful castles and Venetian city), Mycanae, Nemea, Epidavros, Tyrintha, Argos, and Korinthos to name a few. We have evening live theatre in Epidauros. Our GREEK church is half a block away. We have wineries nearby. Other locals are Athens, Olympia, Monemvasia are a little further , but great for a day trip. And how about taking a ferry to the islands? I left some business cards of local merchants.
