The Space:

This spacious apartment, which has been recently renovated, offers the comfort and spaciousness of the old-times homes of Buenos Aires. There are three large bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a huge living-dining room, and a large terrace with a plunge pool and barbecue grill for summer and spring enjoyment.



The location is excellent, just meters from the La Rural convention center, the Ecopark, and Plaza Serrano. The subway is just 500 meters away. Plaza Serrano and Plaza Armenia are just 10 minutes away by walk.



It is located on a first floor, accesible by staircase.



Guest Access:

We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms.



Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

Getting Around:

For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through MOT , take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.

Other Things to Note:

Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
