In line with Dubai Tourism regulations, we request a copy of your passport before arrival. This will be uploaded to register your stay officially. The apartment is fully licensed and approved as a Holiday Home.

No Smoking Policy:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Any evidence of smoking (smell, ashes, or cigarette butts) will incur a minimum AED 1,800 cleaning fee. Thank you for helping us keep the space fresh for all guests.

House rules:
Please do not keep kitchen waste open on the kitchen counter.
Please keep the balcony door closed.

Checkout Policy:
Checkout is strictly 11:00 AM. Late checkout without at least 48-hour notice will incur a AED 500 fee, as we need time to prepare for the next guest. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!
