This cabin was cozy, clean, well furnished, right by the lake, and near everything we wanted to see and do. The host quickly responded to questions whenever I asked. The loons and trumpeter swans on the lake were an added plus! We will definitely come here again if the opportunity arises!

A beautiful little cabin on a beautiful lake, even in winter. Everything was clean and tidy. We enjoyed just relaxing for the most part and the fire place was awesome! Plenty of things to do around the area. Wolf Center, Ely Sauna, dog sledding at Chilly Dogs, Lake Superior, hiking trails and ice fishing. Would definitely stay again!

What a wonderful cabin on the lake. It was very well appointed and so comfortable. Mike was very responsive in the couple of questions I had and we could not have had a better weekend.Thank you Mike and Mary for allowing us to enjoy your cabin. We hope to be back again soon!!!

It was everything and more than we had hoped for. Beautifully appointed, incredibly cozy cabin -attention to detail like dimmers for the overhead lights! Beautiful sunrises, and sunsets, dark skies to see the stars and a visit in the morning from some deer. Mike and Mary have thought of everything and were sure to let us know that if there was anything we needed they would be there. Thank you for everything!

What a wonderful cabin, & wonderful hosts! We had a truly great time just sitting peacefully by the lake, watching loons, eagles, ducks, & more, plus we visited the International Wolf Center & North American Bear Center! Awesome experiences! Ely is a perfect vacation town, & I cannot recommend both it, & this lovely cabin enough. It was a snug, safe, warm home base for us, & we loved it. Visit the hosts' candy store in town, if you can. Bourbon pecan maple fudge, on top of everything else! Unbelievable! This vacation was perfect! Thank you!
