About this property

It is a 3 bedroom accommodation annexed to the main house but with separate entrance. Located in a friendly village atmosphere. The City centre is just a few minutes wooden boat ride across the scenic Sarawak River and to many tourist attractions. Alternately one can drive to the CDB which is just a few kilometers away. We have ample parking spaces. Surrounding the house are beautiful garden and fruit trees

Why they chose this property

My house is located in a very friendly village atmosphere yet having its own privacy. The City Business Center and major tourist attractions are just a few minutes walk and then an enjoyable small boat ride crossing the scenic Sarawak River. Also one can drive just a few kilometers from my house to the City Business Centre.

What makes this property unique

All the 3 rooms are spacious enough and fully furnished and can be rented as per room basis or the whole house. It is also equipped with high speed internet in all areas.
