"This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 1000 sq. ft. The residence has a communal pool, is a short drive to the beach and is a few minutes' drive from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)

A few house rules:
- The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody without any additional fee - respecting the maximum overnight capacity of 2 adults per bedroom).

- Proof of identity and refundable deposit required by residence.
