Start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Turn both A/C split units to 76 upon departure

An additional fee of $50 will be charged if we have to take out the garbage and clean the dishes

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please do not clean fish or dispose of fish guts anywhere while on property. Please use your own coolers to store fish. Not our freezer or fridge

Please set A/C to 78 upon departure

Durning the summer months both a/c’s will be set at 70 and no remotes given.
