Please return the parking pass to the TV stand in the living room at checkout; a $100 fee applies for unreturned passes. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the patio/balcony; a $1,000 cleaning fee will be charged for violations. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed. Please turn off all lights and electronics, and adjust the A/C when leaving the unit. Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved. Please treat the property and community amenities with care, and report any damages immediately.
