Clean 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home on 20 acres nestled mountain side 5 minutes from the ski hill. What more do you need then a spacious living room and kitchen, an 80' TV (satellite) with surround sound that you can watch from the comfort of inside or from outside in the hot tub. Kitchen and dining area are group ready. *Option to Rent new Stormtrooper loft cabin if your group needs more space (sleeps 2) with hot tub, 70' TV, BBQ, 2 burner stove top, fridge and toaster oven in the back of property. Snowshoe, cross country ski or sled right outside your front door.

Fantastic place! Spacious, clean and close to town. Stellar media and entertainment setup for after whatever daily adventures you may have. Hot tub was warm and the property is in a beautiful location. 10/10 would go again.

Since I'm not here as much as I would like I want my friends and family and other guests to enjoy this amazing area.

Why they chose this property

3 generations of my family grew up in Revy, so I basically grew up here even though I was raised in Calgary, I spent most summers and Christmas's with family and friends in the heart of Revelstoke. I purchased the property for the intent to continue to have a place where family and friends can come play and relax. You will love what the back country has to offer here.

What makes this property unique

Dirtbiking the sandflats in the spring and fall. Water activities on the lake in the summer. Some of my favorites. Stand Up Paddle boarding across the lake with my bike attached to my board. Directly across the lake are some of the best mountain biking trails in the world at Mt Macphearson and then paddle back. Pick your mountain adventure anytime of the year. Your only limits are your own creativity. Endless fun!
