Air conditioning is installed in late Spring to mid Autumn, sometimes earlier or later respecting the seasonal temperatures
-My check-in window closes at 12 AM, after which check-in is possible, but fast replies are not guaranteed. Please ensure you have received and read over the Check-in instructions and have them on hand when you arrive, that will make it super easy for you.
-I am often out of town but my housekeepers can tend to your needs. If you need anything, please contact me and I will let my housekeepers know to assist you. However, they may need some time to arrive.
-Although the apartment has excellent soundproofing, there may be some sounds of people and construction as the apartment is located in the downtown city center. If there is expected construction noise, I adjust my prices to reflect the same.
-The building manager or maintenance persons may need access to the property for a few hours in rare circumstances. They have the right to access it for the purpose of inspections, emergencies, or urgent repairs. I will try to notify you in advance to the best of my abilities.
If the reservation is cancelled and qualifies for a refund according to the cancellation policy, a 3.5% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Service animals are welcome—please inform me in advance if there is anything I can do to make your stay more comfortable. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) must be declared to the host ahead of booking (appropriate documentation required for ESA).

Misrepresentation of a Service Animal is a serious violation.
In line with Airbnb Policy and local laws: Service animals must be house-trained, under control at all times, never left alone, and must not enter restricted areas. Any damage caused will be the guest’s full responsibility.
Without exception, guests found abusing this policy will be responsible for a fine of up to $1,000, plus all extra cleaning costs, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund.
