Moon Valley Villa is an 8 bedroom, 5 bathroom vacation home in ChampionsGate Resort. This 3,909 sq. ft. villa was designed with your vacation in mind! The whole family will love the private screened-in pool and spillover spa, two games rooms, kids bedrooms and home movie theater with a 110-inch projection screen.

This home comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests, perfect for a large family or group. The spacious open floor plan features plenty of comfortable, modern furniture for your whole party to relax and hang out together. The living area features a 60-inch SMART TV to watch your favorite shows. The fully-equipped kitchen features custom cabinets, marble countertops, and stainless steel appliances, perfect for cooking meals together as a family. Dine at the luxurious formal dining table with seating for 12, or enjoy a quick snack at the breakfast bar with seating for 4.

Head outside to the private screened-in pool to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather! The covered patio features an outdoor dining table with seating for 8, and plenty of sun loungers to soak up the sunshine! Swim any time you want in your private pool and relax in the spillover spa.

This villa features endless entertainment options for everyone in your group! The galactic game room is equipped with 4 gaming TVs and gaming chairs. The TVs are connected to both an Xbox One and a PS4, so you can play alone or compete against each other! The fun game room also features an air hockey table and foosball table to challenge your family members to friendly competitions. Head upstairs to the loft game room with a pool table and TV. Also located upstairs is the home movie theater. The movie theater room features a 110-inch projection screen and 8 reclining armchairs so you can recline and watch your favorite movie.

After a long day of enjoying the Orlando attractions, retreat back to comfortable bedrooms to get a great night of sleep. 2 Master Suites are located downstairs, which feature king-size beds and ensuite master bathrooms. Head upstairs for the other 6 bedrooms. Upstairs features 4 more bedrooms with king-size beds. Kids will love the bedrooms designed just for them! One kids room is fit for little princesses, featuring a twin over twin bunk bed and custom artwork. The second kids bedroom is perfect for toys with a twin over twin bunk bed and a slide!

Ruined. Dirty and worn. Not pool heat

Arriving at 1030 at night to a home that was not cleaned. Not vacuumed, table dirty, counters still had food, dishes had to be rewashed( food stuck to them) hairs in two of the beds, dirty sock in a bedroom, pans all chipped couldn’t cook in them, no remote for tv. Air hockey table does not work. The carpets are filthy. The worst thing was the pool heater. We rented this house to spend time at the house with friends and family with no plans to go anywhere. We had pool heat for a day and half then none until the last day and half of our 10 day vacation. The heater banged and then would stop. I asked for a pool bender but they sent regular maintance people who would say it was just the weather. Funny but other homes had steaming hot tubs etc. I was also quoted 225 for the pool heat and when I added it to the rental they insisted prices have risen and now the pool heat was 375 plus tax! I will say the management company did bring us some extra dish washer and washing machine soap since we had to rewash so much and new fry pans. No one came on Xmas Eve , Xmas ( which I understand was a holiday) or day after Xmas to check the pool. The club house is around the corner with a heated pool and hot tub that was warm but know you cannot even bring a bottle of water in. They want you to buy everything there. I do not usually rate any home low but this place was such a disappointment for a cost of almost 8,000 !

Disappointing is an understatement

The group handling the rental- very polite and responsive. The house - doesn’t live up to the description given. It is in need of attention. The things that brought me to this listing were not as advertised. The game room: only one gaming system worked. The air hockey table? Doesn’t work. Cannot play. The pool table? The pool sticks have no tips - - cannot use. The pool: I paid for heating for the full stay. The pool was off line when we arrived. I called on Saturday and someone came on Sunday. I thought it was corrected. Sunday evening I went out to make sure the spa was turned off, only to find the spa empty of water and water shooting into it but not filling. Again I called…and I figured out the work order process, which will get a quicker response. The next day another technician came and fixed the problem. Only this time when we came back from the community pool, the whole pool was a spa. (As warm as a hot tub). The technician assured my daughter earlier that it was normal for the spa to empty and it (heater?) would turn off and on automatically. The next day the pool was too hot to even enter. I turned off the spa timer (I had told the person spoken to on the phone that it does not shut off on its own). The next day someone came in and added cold water. Frustrating much??? You tell me. The pool was fine after that. By Wednesday. Four days of aggravation - just for the pool! Odds and ends: the vertical blinds were missing slats. How’s hard is that to correct? The back door cannot be locked. The rugs? Filthy. The sad part about all of this is that this house COULD be as stellar as presented on this site. If this house was as advertised it would be a gem. Right now? A gem in the rough. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. I couldn’t wait to bring my family back to Champions Gate. I was embarrassed with the house. My grandkids resorted to their own electronics as the provisions that were to be “provided” for their entertainment weren’t available. You got my money and it won’t be forgotten. I believe I should be refunded the heating costs for the pool. (Sat/tues.) This house is anything but a “Magical Vacation Home” as advertised by the management group caring for it. I did find it interesting that I cannot find any reviews for the property. That in itself should have been a red flag. Others must have noted this as I doubt we were the only ones experiencing this debacle of a house. Shame on you.
