Welcome to ‘Terra Lago Path’, the stylish 4bd/3ba vacation home with stunning pool area overlooking unobscured views of the gorgeous upper desert mountains and residing in a quiet, gated Terra Lago neighborhood of North Indio. Includes private chlorine pool (heating optional) nestled in a big backyard which features a BBQ and lounge chairs for first class entertaining. Located close to many area attractions including Empire Polo for music fests, Old Town La Quinta, El Paseo, and Restaurants.

‘Terra Lago Path’ is a resort style, contemporary home designed décor consisting of 4-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms, a giant 30-foot-long x 10-foot-wide private chlorine pool (optional guest paid pool heating available...see below for rates). Large backyard entertainment area secluded in secure walled yard with privacy gate and no neighbors directly behind you so you can take in the glorious morning sunrises in comfort. Propane BBQ grill, lounge chairs, umbrellas, and more fabulously fun amenities! Backyard also has perimeter yard lighting and inside the water pool lights for night swims or relaxing. Kitchen features everything you need for the cook in you. Property is in the safe and secure gated community of 'Aguila at Terra Lago' with very nice neighbors, immaculate landscaping, and an abundance of magnificent sunrise/sunset views.

Spacious open floor plan living and dining room areas next to the kitchen. The large kitchen features stainless steel appliances, an island with four stools, dining table for ten with a 65” Smart TV above it, and items for all your cooking needs including cookware, microwave, fridge, oven, dishwasher, toaster, both Keurig and drip coffee makers and more. Plates, utensils, and glasses for more than ten people…everything a fully stocked kitchen should have. Super high speed 500mbps Frontier Wi-Fi internet for all your work and streaming needs. There is also an Eero 6 mesh network throughout the home to ensure solid Wi-Fi coverage both inside and outside the home.

Spacious one floor home design with a Primary Bedroom featuring a king bed, 50” Smart TV, private exit to the pool area, an en-suite bathroom consisting of a walk-in glass shower, separate soak tub with Smart TV, and double vanity sink. Primary Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and 50” Smart TV. Bedrooms #3 has a queen bed and 50” Smart TV. Bedroom #4 is near the home entry way and living room and features two full size beds along with a 50” Smart TV. Bathroom #2 has a shower. Bathroom #3 has a shower. includes a shower/tub combo. Toiletries will be found in the bathrooms shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Living room has a comfy sofas, side chairs, gas fire place, and large 65” Smart TV all your apps to log-in to including Netflix, Apple TV, Disney+, and more. There is a washer & dryer for guest use and the highest speed available wi-fi throughout the home. ‘Terra Lago Path’ has 2,595 sq ft of living space on a 8,276 sq ft lot. The community features 24x7 security gate, a large lake, a children’s playground, a dog park, and more. ‘Terra Lago Path’ is also near Indio Hill Badlands Trailhead along with the Terra Lago Golf South Course. The South Course provides a memorable game of golf with unique holes also featuring four sets of tees to make the round of golf enjoyable for all players. Additional Rules and Info:

- Small Dog friendly with $100 non-refundable fee. Do not allow dog on any bedding or furniture and ensure to pick-up yard droppings. Please do not allow the dog to use the bathroom on the artificial green grass as it can discolor it.

- Noise from radios, music instruments, loudspeakers, sound amplifiers, and “any machine, device, or equipment including phones” that creates sound audibly outside of the rental home is prohibited after 9pm Sunday through Thursday and after 10pm Friday and Saturday per city rules and in respect of the neighbors.

- Pool heating available at $60 per day. Maximum temperature allowed for pool is 86 degrees. Two consecutive week minimum requirement for heating requests.

- Two exterior security cameras (front door and backyard). Cameras are not monitored live and are for insurance and security reasons only.

- Post stay housekeeping is for four-and-a-half hours . Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $90hr. Guest paid mid-cleanings are available if you would like cleaning performed during your stay.

- Guests staying longer than one month are required to either purchase a mid-cleaning from Blue Coachella Vacation Rental Management, with or without laundry service, or have professional maid service completed once a month for upkeep.

- No mail box access is available. Please instruct Amazon to deliver to Front Door and not on Sundays. USPS service is not available for guests. Use Fedex or UPS for front door deliveries

- A vacation rental agreement must be completed before arrival and guests are required to provide a copy of their drivers license at check-in.

Local vacation rental management group Blue Coachella provides peace-of-mind check-in service, onsite and/or phone assistance during your stay, and professional housekeeping services. Guest paid mid-cleanings are available.
