The Space:

Two separate living rooms give everyone room to spread out. The front sitting room has a smart TV, couch, and loveseat. The main living area features a large sectional with chaise, another smart TV, and windows that bring in natural light. The kitchen includes a drip coffee maker, Keurig, counter seating for four, and plenty of prep space. An eight-person dining table sits nearby.



Bedroom 1 has a king bed, smart TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and smart TV. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. Bedroom 4 has two twin beds. A second full bathroom offers a single vanity and walk-in shower.



🔥 Step outside to a covered back deck with a grill, dining table, and lounge seating. The upper outdoor area includes a firepit and a 3-hole disc golf setup. Winter guests return from the slopes to gather around the fire. Summer evenings are made for grilling and friendly competition on the course.



The home includes a washer and dryer, WiFi throughout, driveway parking for three vehicles, and streaming-capable smart TVs in multiple rooms. The indoor fireplace is decorative only and not available for use.



Your rental includes one free ticket per activity per day to select Bend attractions including a ghost tour, museum tickets, canoeing, and more. You'll receive a personal link to book your activities after reservation.



Self check-in details provided before arrival. Driveway parking for 3 vehicles. AWD or 4WD required during winter months for safe travel to and from the property.



The home sits in a quiet residential area with easy access to outdoor recreation and Bend's best eating and drinking. Downtown Bend is a 5 to 10-minute drive, where you'll find Deschutes Brewery, 10 Barrel Brewing, and dozens of restaurants and shops along NW Wall Street and Bond Street. The Deschutes River Trail system is minutes away for hiking, biking, and riverside walks. Pilot Butte, an extinct volcano with a summit trail and panoramic views of the Cascades, is close by. The Old Mill District shopping and dining area is a quick trip south. The High Desert Museum is about 7 miles south on Highway 97. Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort is roughly 22 miles west for winter skiing and summer mountain biking. The Cascade Lakes Scenic Byway begins just outside town, offering access to dozens of alpine lakes, hiking trailheads, and mountain views.



Getting Around:

Bend is located along Highway 97 in Central Oregon. The home is approximately 22 miles west of Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort via the Cascade Lakes Scenic Byway, roughly a 35-minute drive. Redmond Municipal Airport (RDM) is about 20 miles north, roughly 25 minutes by car. Downtown Bend is 5 to 10 minutes depending on traffic. Smith Rock State Park is about 30 miles north near Terrebonne, roughly 35 minutes by car. Highway 20 provides access east toward the high desert and west toward the Cascades.
