Charming 3-bedroom renovated Mill House just outside downtown Greenville

Your cozy getaway awaits in Greenville at this peaceful house. We are located in West Greenville in the Woodside Mill neighborhood. This is area is one of the upcoming parts of town as it is 5 minutes from downtown Greenville and 1 mile from the Swamp Rabbit Trail and Cafe. Making it prime for bike riding, walking or hiking nearby. With three bedrooms featuring two queen beds and two twin beds, there’s plenty of space for guests to relax comfortably. The three bathrooms allow for privacy and less stress when getting ready to go out. You can also relax on both the front porch or the side porch. We are still working on the outdoor space but for now you can hang out outside on our patio furniture with a cozy warmer. Whether you’re gathering in the spacious living areas or resting in the quiet bedrooms, this house offers a calm retreat. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay – we’re happy to suggest local spots to check out. We are also proud to offer you plenty of parking. This includes two driveways on either side of the house and secured gated RV parking.

The home is beautiful. The owner thought of everything. It was easy to check in and easy check out. Everything was clean. Everything worked. It was just so comfortable.... it made our stay that much better. It's also very convenient to everything. It is in an up-and-coming area and this house is the gem of the area. The owner was easy to work with and has done a very good job outfitting this house for his guests.

We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully renovated. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, from the cozy furnishings, to the fresh flowers, and well-stocked amenities, which made us feel right at home.The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and proactive with check-in instructions. Communication was smooth the entire time.The location was perfect as well—convenient to everything we wanted to do while still being peaceful and relaxing. We truly appreciated how easy and enjoyable the whole stay was.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch experience!
