Lovely Villa near Harbour Town For couple

This perfectly located Villa is on the second floor with a spectacular lagoon view. It is minutes from Harbour Town, restaurants, the ocean, and all the amenities of Sea Pines. This is the perfect Villa for a couple or small family. The living/dinning room opens to a new deck overlooking the lagoon. The bedroom is furnished with a king bed, and has access to the bathroom in the hallway. It has a fully updated kitchen, including a washer and dryer. Dishes, pans, cooking utensils provided along with linens. Renters can use the well maintained clay tennis courts on the villa grounds or the communal pool. Maximum people 2 adults and 1 small child. Sea Pines has many regulations, please review www.seapinesliving.com to see rules and regulations before booking. Things like RV's, trailers, personal vehicles with advertising, E bikes, etc. are not allowed in Sea Pines.

If you are looking for a property that is close to Sea Pibes Center, Harbourtown and has access to the blue trolley (during the season it runs), this is perfect! We stayed here before and it is the perfect size and location for us. Plus there is nobody above you so it is very quiet!

Excellent location for walking to Harbor Town and Giuseppe’s Pizza at the Sea Pines Center! The trolley stop in the complex is super convenient for getting to the beach. The pool is lovely. The bed was comfortable and the condo has plenty of space for a couple! (A curtain along with the blinds in the bedroom would be a helpful addition for light shining at night.) Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay in Sea Pines

We had a great short stay. The condo was clean, the owner was very responsive and we liked the location to everything Sea Pines has to offer. The place could use a few updates, other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and will look at this place on future trips.

Great Location

We loved staying here especially because of the location being walking distance to Harbourtown. It’s a beautiful setting and had plenty of space and everything we needed. We would stay here again.

Perfect location for 4th of July!

We had a great stay!! The location was perfect for fireworks in Harbor town! We rented bikes and biked the beach! Clean unit and perfect for our stay!
