The interior of the room was clean and everything worked. There was a fridge and sink in the room. No coffee. This is a seedy motel in an area with homeless breezing by the property frequently. You parked behind a locked gate. The paint is peeling on the exterior. The concrete is cracked. The offices staffing hours are limited. I called the motel and the person answering did not speak English. The motel operators are only loosely connected to VRBO, and have no control over the stay or how to modify it. The road is right next to the property and it is very loud.
