This home offers a blend of comfort and elegance, featuring three bedrooms and one bath, designed to accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. It provides a harmonious balance of spacious living areas for group activities and personal spaces for relaxation.

Kitchen
The kitchen is thoughtfully designed with the latest in culinary appliances, including a dishwasher, set against a backdrop of new, sleek cabinetry. This space is engineered for both functionality and aesthetic appeal, catering to effortless meal preparation and dining experiences.

Living Room

The living room features a large, comfortable sofa that`s perfect for lounging or even sleeping, though it is not a sleeper sofa. Enjoy entertainment on the Smart TV, equipped with both Roku and an Amazon Fire Stick for streaming your favorite shows and movies. For a fun night in, we also provide a selection of board games for all ages. Please note that the fireplace is currently not available for use. This cozy space is perfect for relaxing and creating memorable moments during your stay.

Bedrooms

Master Bedroom: Located on the 1st floor. A spacious room with a king-sized bed, storage, and comfortable accommodations. The first floor bath is just outside this room. In this room, you will also find our fold out, Queen-sized, memory foam floor mattress.

Second Bedroom: Features a queen-sized bed and spacious room offering a simple yet elegant experience.

Third Bedroom: This room features full-sized bed and trifold memory foam floor mattress.

Main Bathroom: Located on the 1st floor. A clean and spacious area featuring a clean stand up shower and vanity.

The exterior of the house is just as inviting, with a large patio and courtyard, offering privacy and relaxation. Just below is a pickleball court area. This area is perfect for outdoor relaxation and entertainment.

You will have access to the house, parking area, front and back yards, as well as the garden.

Home owner is not available on Sundays. However, you can contact the property manager for any issues.

On a quiet unpaved residential road

The fireplace is not available for guest use.
Quiet hours are between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.

Wine and beer consumption is allowed on the property in moderation.

No drunkenness.

No hard alcohol (liquors, whiskey, bourbons, etc.)

No drugs or illegal substances of any kind, including marijuana.

No foul language.

No inappropriate, lewd, or provocative behavior.

No smoking on the property. No exceptions
If a guest violates this policy, a $400 cleaning fee will be assessed.

Pet Policy for Our Airbnb Listing

We welcome dogs only at our Airbnb, subject to the following rules to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests:

1. House-Trained Dogs Only – All dogs must be fully house-trained.

2. Non-Aggressive Breeds – For safety reasons, we do not allow aggressive breeds or dogs with a history of aggression.

3. Owner Responsibility – Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused by their pet, including extra cleaning or repairs. Additional charges may apply if necessary.

4. Clean Up After Your Pet – Owners must clean up after their pets both indoors and outdoors. Waste must be properly disposed of. Our cleaner will charge up to $100 if they have to clean up pet waste.

5. No Pets on Furniture – To maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, pets are not allowed on any furniture, including beds and sofas.

6. Crating Requirement – Dogs must be crated whenever guests are not present in the home.

7. Noise Consideration – Excessive barking or disruptive behavior must be addressed immediately to avoid disturbing neighbors.

Failure to follow this policy may result in additional fees or termination of your stay without a refund. By booking our property, you agree to abide by these rules.
