The Space:

Bedrooms: Three comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully decorated to ensure a restful night`s sleep. The master bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, while the other two bedrooms offer queen-sized beds.

Living Area: A spacious and inviting living room with ample seating, perfect for family gatherings or relaxing with a good book. Enjoy the warmth of the fireplace on cooler evenings.

Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, ready for you to whip up delicious meals. The adjacent dining area seats six comfortably.
Bathrooms: Two clean and well-maintained bathrooms, stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries.

Outdoor Space:

Patio: Step outside to a large patio area with outdoor seating and a grill, ideal for al fresco dining and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

Yard: Expansive, lush green yard with plenty of space for outdoor activities. The rural setting provides a beautiful backdrop of rolling hills and open skies.

Fire Pit: Gather around the fire pit in the evening for s`mores and stargazing.

Nature and Outdoors: Enjoy nearby hiking trails, fishing spots, and the beauty of Pennsylvania`s countryside.

Guests have access to the house, yard, chicken house, and barn
1. Quiet hours: Between 10 pm and 7 am. Please be considerate of our neighbors.

2. Access: Guests are allowed access to the property with the exception of the barns.

3. Alcohol: Guests are allowed to bring alcohol in moderation. No Drunkeness.

4. Drugs: No drugs or illegal substances on any kind, including marijuana.

5. Smoking: Allowed outside only. NO smoking in the home. Outside only. Do not dispose of buds on the ground.

6. Behavior: No foul language, inappropriate, lewd, or provocative behavior. Please dress modestly.

7. Trash: Please dispose of trash and waste in appropriate containers.

8. Pets: We have a No Pets policy unless it is a certified service animal. However, we will consider requests on a case by case basis. Sorry, due to allergens and cleaning cats are not allowed.

9. No Parties: Violation of this policy WILL result in immediate eviction without notice or refund.

Please Note: A $400 cleaning fee will be assessed for violation of the smoking and drug policies.
