Before You Book, Please Note:

• Self-Check-In:
Enjoy the ease of self-check-in starting at 4 PM, and check-out by 11 AM. Want early check-in or late check-out? Just send us a message! If available, we’re happy to arrange it for a small fee.

• Grill Propane: Planning to fire up the grill? You’ll need to handle the propane refills, but don’t worry! There are plenty of nearby gas stations to help you out.

• Have extra guests or a furry friend?
Message us first, we’re happy to help, and additional fees may apply.

• Commercial Use/Filming:
If you’re planning to use the property for content creation, photography, or filming, please message us in advance. A commercial use fee applies.

• Air Mattresses & Cribs:
Need an air mattress or pack-and-play crib? We’ve got you covered for a small fee, just request it in advance so we can have it ready.

• Security:
For your safety and peace of mind, outdoor security cameras are active 24/7. (Don’t worry, the fun happens inside!)

• Quiet Hours:
Let’s keep things chill between 10 PM and 10 AM to ensure a relaxing stay for you and our neighbors.

• Damages & Extra Cleaning:
We understand accidents happen! Just let us know if anything is damaged or needs extra attention. Additional charges may apply.

• Cleaning Services:
While we don’t provide complimentary cleaning during your stay, we’re happy to arrange mid-stay cleanings for a fee. Just let us know in advance.

ADDITIONAL INFO

Water, Wi-Fi & A/C:
The home comes equipped with filtered water, high-speed Wi-Fi, and regularly serviced air conditioning for your comfort. There are multiple A/C units throughout the space. To help keep them running efficiently, please be sure to keep doors closed. Let us know right away if anything needs attention, we’re here to help!

Florida Climate & Bugs:
St. Pete’s warm, coastal climate is beautiful, but like anywhere in Florida, it brings occasional bugs. We treat the home regularly for pests, and your help by taking out the trash regularly is appreciated to keep things fresh.

•⁠ ⁠We provide starter toiletries only. These are just to get you started, so please plan to purchase any additional toiletries you may need during your stay.

•⁠ ⁠Bugs & Critters: We routinely spray the property, but Florida’s subtropical climate means occasional bugs or critters may still appear. To help prevent this, please keep all windows and doors closed and make sure food is properly stored or disposed of.

•⁠ ⁠The backyard features beautiful, lush greenery, creating a peaceful tropical vibe. The pool (currrently unavailable) and landscaping are professionally maintained 2–3 times a week to keep everything clean and fresh. Please note that with the natural surroundings and wind, a few leaves or small debris may occasionally fall into the pool or yard between cleanings.

Respectful Behavior:
We want every guest to have a great experience. Please be kind and respectful to the host, neighbors, and the home itself. Disruptive behavior may lead to cancellation without refund.

No Smoking Indoors:

To keep the space clean and comfortable for all guests, indoor smoking is not allowed. A cleaning fee will apply if smoking is detected.
