Your ultimate family getaway! A large open floor plan with 4 bedrooms with 2 king bedrooms, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds. Perfect for kids and adults alike. Stay entertained with air hockey & foosball, enjoy the fully fenced yard, fire up the grill, or relax on the large back porch. Pet-friendly and just minutes from beaches and local fun.

Guests have full access to the home, yard, and garage. Please note: one closet is locked with owner supplies.

For larger groups, please inquire about our sister listing, “The Melshire Place,” located directly next door. It’s perfect for additional space or combined bookings.

Please do NOT use the grill on the back porch. And keep away from house. Failure to comply will result in a $500 fine.

Pet Policy
• All pets must be included on the reservation, and the pet fee must be paid prior to arrival.
• Please keep all pets off the furniture.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste promptly.
