The home opens onto a peaceful garden patio, offering rare indoor–outdoor living. While the garden is technically common space, it is exceptionally quiet and lightly used encountered only a handful of times over decades, giving the experience an almost private feel. Ideal for morning coffee, alfresco dining, or unwinding.



Inside, an open, modern layout with curated furnishings creates a calm, inviting atmosphere. Lower-level bedrooms face the garden, enhancing privacy. The primary bedroom features an open-concept design with an ensuite bath, clawfoot soaking tub, natural stone finishes, and a firm queen mattress for restful sleep. A serene, character-rich brownstone retreat in the heart of the city.



To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

Other Things to Note:

Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. / Pets are not allowed at this property. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

Monthly Housekeeping Policy:

For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.

Security Deposit Policy:

- Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold

- Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold

- Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent
