The house has two bedrooms and two complete bathrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, perfect for peaceful rest, while the second bedroom has single beds, ideal for children. There is also a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room for a couple of extra guests.

Additionally, there is air conditioning and heating in all rooms, so you can adjust the temperature to your needs throughout the year. If you want to make the most of the beach, we provide beach chairs and an umbrella so that you can just relax and enjoy.

And the best part is that the urbanization has a spectacular pool for adults and children (across the street) surrounded by lush palm trees! Imagine enjoying a refreshing swim while listening to the birds and the wind in the trees.

Great location! Perfect stay

This duplex house is super well located in vera playa, close to local shops and only 5 minutes walking to the beach. Amenity-wise, you have got everything you need in the house, didn’t miss anything. The house is located on a quiet area in a complex, just in front of a lovely garden with no noise at all, we loved that. The communication with the host has been great and if were to come back to Vera Playa I would definitely stay at Villa Marinas again. Thanks!
