Varanda do Preguiças - Vacation Rental

Our property stands out for its privileged location, on the edge of the Preguiças River. The house has an outdoor Deck where the guest has a panoramic view of the River, and can enjoy a beautiful Sunset at the end of the day. Access ladder by the river where the guest can enjoy a wonderful bath in the River Preguiças. Our house was designed to receive families and groups of friends, where families can be accommodated separately by apartments. Each apartment of the house consists of a bathroom, an air-conditioned bedroom and a mezzanine with fans. In addition, we have a fully equipped kitchen (6 burner stove, vertical freezer, refrigerator, microwave, blender, drinking fountain for 20 lts bottle, glasses, plates, cutlery, pots and other utensils. We have 2 mobile grills, one located in the upper part of the house and another located in the river bank in which there is also a horizontal freezer and tables and chairs.

Uma vista que impressiona!!!

A casa tem um visual lindo demais! Poder apreciar o nascer e o por do sol, da varanda, de frente para o Rio Pregiças, realmente não tem preço. O proprietário é atencioso, os quartos são confortáveis, porém a cozinha tem poucos utensílio para uso.
