Tucked away in the heart of North Carolina’s Yadkin Valley wine country, this uniquely designed octagon-shaped home offers a peaceful getaway with style, comfort, and a touch of architectural whimsy. Surrounded by trees and located just minutes from Elkin’s historic downtown, hiking trails, and local wineries, the space blends natural tranquility with small-town convenience.
The Octagon Oasis is located in the heart of Elkin. A charming town in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Carolina known for its scenic trails, vineyards, and small-town hospitality. The perfect destination for outdoor enthusiasts seeking fun, adventure, and a good dose of nature.
The entrance to the property Includes a freshly paved asphalt driveway. The downstairs living space can be accessed through door at ground level, the upstairs Living, dining, kitchen, and bathroom can only be accessed by the steps inside or the back deck steps leading to door (see photos) Inside, the open floor plan highlights the home’s geometric design, with warm wood accents, abundant natural light, and cozy, modern furnishings. The kitchen, living area, dining area, and bathroom are all located upstairs. The Bedroom and closet are located on the lower level. Enjoy morning coffee on the deck, relax in the inviting living area after a day of exploring, or stargaze through the treetops at night.

Return all remotes to proper location
In Winter months return heat to 65 and leave on. In summer months return AC to 75 and leave on.
