This establishment is truly exceptional, offering a delightful experience. The morning coffee was superb, and the property itself was outstanding. Both the beach and the pool facilities were excellent. The staff consistently delivered exceptional service, and the owners were remarkably hospitable. I would gladly return for another visit.

Room was ok. Carpet was dirty as well as sheet rock on wall in bathroom was coming off. Pool near room was closed so had to make a trip down to the other pool. Planned a 6 day stay. Had to leave after the 3rd because of a flood that came under the door into the room. Had to get another hotel room & pay for a Uber to get there. Host didn't talk to me after I told them of the problem nor would they refund my money for the 3 days I didn't stay. It was a very rough & terrible vacation. Will NEVER stay at this location again.

Very comfy beds and pillows. Nice fitness room. Friendly, helpful staff. Disappointed to learn upon arrival the upper pool is under construction… everything else about the stay was fabulous.

This stay is a perfect beach/pool getaway. Easy walk to simple bar/grill and nice restaurants. The Ritz-carlton set up is great. The hosts checked in at perfect intervals and never felt intrusive. But we didn’t need anything. Would stay again.

The property was amazing! The room is a studio with 2 queen beds. Spoke with property management multiple times and they said they are going to fix everything. If they get everything fixed I would stay again but not until then. For being in the Ritz the place was disgusting. Back sliding door didn’t lock and there were people walking past our patio all the time. The floor was gross and spots on walls in bathroom. I cleaned bathroom floor and have picture of the washcloth I used. They said they would try to get there to fix the lock and never did. I loved the amenities of the Ritz but this room needs a remodel! We went to store to get slippers so I didn’t have to walk on carpet. My husband wore socks the entire time!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased you enjoyed the Ritz-Carlton amenities, but we’re sorry your stay did not meet the standard we strive to provide. Since your visit, we’ve made significant improvements to the unit, including installing brand-new carpeting, repainting the interior, repairing the sliding door lock, and addressing the maintenance and housekeeping concerns you noted. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, as it helped us identify areas that needed attention. We’re committed to continually improving our property and hope you’ll consider staying with us again so you can experience these updates firsthand.
